First and most important,
store articles or equipment m
or near the area where used
me most. Store together those
items that are used together.
For instance, cleaning sup
plies.
Appliances with rollers
need a storage space level
with the iloor, so they can
easily be wheeled into place.
Good ventilation is desir
able when linens are stored.
Cleaning supplies need ventil
ation, too.
Dividers in drawers help
items stay in place and be
more accessible. Like articles
can be stacked, but unlike art
icles should not be stacked.
Articles that are the same
length should be hung togeth
er. For instance, ail brooms.
This saves time in finding
them.
Storage areas that are easi
ly cleaned and are in full view
when the doors are open are
more desirable.
No doubt, with just a little
shifting, your storage space
will work better for you. It
you have special storage prob
lems contact your home agent

Senior Citizens Month
The month of May has been
declared “Senior Citizens
Month.”
Pi esident, Johnson made the
declaration through the ‘Pres
ident’s Council on Aging.’ He
said, “Let us make this month
outstanding in our continuing
effort to keep in the main
stream of our national life all
those who have lived so long
and contributed so generous
ly.” , .
We are deeply indebted to
our older generation for it is a
generation that has seen the
world and country change
more rapidly than it ever has
before. Our way of living now
is more rushed than ever, but
Mr. and Mrs- Larry Fair
cloth and son of Atlanta are
guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. C.
Mims for the week end. Mr?.
Faircloth will be remembered
as Julia Mims.

Many are active in our
churches and civic clubs. Oth

still continue to be an import
ant part of the community.
Let each of us give thanks to
them for all they’ve done for
us. ;

the small southwest Georgia

was about to embark upon her
first really big task, that of
organizing Seminole County’s
first Public Health Depart

she hardly dreamed that this
