PERSONAL MENTION
We are fully convinced of
one instance being “all in the
mind.”
Two gentlemen passing
through town stopped for
lunch at the Green Top and
Mrs. Rulby Rachel was acting
as their waitress. One of the
men asked Mrs. Rachel if
they could both have a second
helping of a vegetable which
they had enjoyed so much.
Just as two generous servings
were being placed before
them, one of the men asked,

brief vacation trip.
Leon and his fine wife,
“Bebe,” took their daughter
Joy up to Rock Eagle where
she is a 4-H camp counselor,
and went on up in the moun
tains of North Carolina. One
stop they made on their trip
was to visit with the Honor
able M. C. Fain, Jr., J.P., a
patient in Oteen, N-C., who is
doing fine and keeping up the
