istrator of the estate of Mrs. Jane
Martin respectfully shows that it is
necessary for distribution and support
to sell certain land of said decendrnt
lying in the county of Grady and being
a city lot in Wh gham, Ga. Wherefore
he prays that after notice of this peti
tion shall have been bublished pursuant
to.3450 of the Civil Code an order be
passed granting to him leave to sell
land. This 7th day of March, 1911.

committee of three, prominent business
men who will be absolutely disinterested

The contest begins with this issue, the

Rules and Regulations.
Rule 1. All money obtained by the
contestants shall be turned oyer to the
contest Manager.
Rule 2. Contest manager’s signature
signature must be affixed to all rotes be
fore they are of any value in the contest.
Rule 8. Votes cannot be bought or
exchanged, the contest will be run on a
fair square basis, fair for all. Votes can
only be obtained by securing subscrip
tions, getting renewals, collecting beck
subscriptions and getting adveitising, or
by cutting ,t.he nomination or free vote
certificate out of each issue. Each con
testant will be allowed only one nomina
tion enpon, giving her 1,000 votes.
Rule 4. All voces must lie in the bal
lot box each Thursday of each week by

Rule 5. No votes will be allowed on
subscriptions held out more than one
week alter being seenred by a contesti nt.
Subscriptions must be .turned in prompt
ly together with the money collected lor
them. Votes will bo issued when the
money is received, but the contestants
may retain these votes and cast them
whenever they wish.
