Petition Por Charter. Georgia, Grady County: To the Superior Court of said County: The petition ,of Joe Higdon, CC. H. Maxwell and G. G. Thomas, all of Grady County, Georgia, respectfully shows: 1. That they desire for themselves, their associates and successors, to be incorporated and made a body politic under the name and style ef Calvary Supply Company for a period of twenty years. 2. The principal office of said com pany shall be in the to\yn of Calvary, state and county aforesaid but petition ers desire the right to establish branch offices within this state or elsewhere whenever the holders of a majority of _ the stock may so determine. pecuniary gain to itsolf and its share holders. 4.
