shall bo thirty-two in number of
the denomination of two hundred
and fifty dollars each; and l.rar in

annually on the first day. of each
January beginning with January
1st, 1915. Two of said bonds of
denomination of two hundred and
fifty dollars each shall lie paid an

1910 and two on the first duv of
each January thereafter until the
thirty-two bonds shall have been
paid in full on the first day of Jan
uary, 1932. All of which shall be
paid in lawful money of the United
States at any . Bank in Atlanta,
Georgia.'
Bo it further resolved, that said
election shall he held on the 28th,
day of February, 1914, in accord
ance with Section 430 et sequeter
of the Ciyil Code of Georgia and

Notice is hereby given that on and
after January first 1914, the tapping of
the city’s water mains in the hands of
the Superintendent of tile water and
light plant and must be done by him or
under his supervision. Notice is fur
ther given that all tapping of said water
mains and putting oh new customers
will be done by or under the supervision
of the Superintendent of said water and
light plant and will be charged for at
actual cost of time and material, there
will lie no charge of $4.00 for tapping,
customers paying the actual cost to the
city for said work.

ing application for same within thirty
day from Feb. 1st. 1914 will be allowed

and material of 10 per cent provided
bill is paid within thirty days from time
