road and that a private road running

and Mr. Ferrells, and intersecting the
Reno and Concord public road, being a
distance of approximately two miles and
represented as being a greater public util-
ty, be made a public road in lieu of said
portion of said Hawthorne trail proposed
to lie discontinued.
Notice is hereby given that said appli
cation will beat the regular meeting of
