The petition of C. A. VanDuzee, II. G
Cannon, W. C. Jones, J. B. Wight W. S,
Wight and J. S. Wight, respectfully shows:
1st. That they desire for themselves,
hoir associates and successors to be in
corporated and made a body politic under
i he name und style of the CAIRO PECAN
SALES COMPANY, for the period of
twenty years;
2n i. The principal office of said
c impany shall be ia the City of Cairo,
date and county aforesaid, but the peti
tioners desire the right to establish branch
offices within this state or elsewhere
whenever the holders of a majority of the
dock may so dr termine.
3rd. The object of said corporation is
pecuniary gain to itself and its shareholder
4th. The business to be carried on by
raid corporation is that of buying, selling,
irying and grading pecan nuts, and to
Jerri in all other articles necessary to the
successful carrying-on of said business.
5th. The capital stock of said corpora
tion shall be $5,000.00, divided into
shares of $100.00 each with privilege of
increasing the same to the sum of Twenty
Five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00) by a
majority vote of tire stockholder's. -Ten

6th. Petitioners desire the right to
hnve the subscription to said capital
dock to be paid either in money or prop
erty, and if in property same to be taken
at a fair valuation.
7th. Petitioners desire the right to sue

to have and use common seal, to make
all necessary by-laws and regulations, and
to do all other things that may be
necessary for the successful carrying on
of said business, including the right to
buy, hold and sell real estate and person-
rl property suitable to the purposes of
the corporation, and to execute notes nod
bonds as- evidence of indebtedness iu-
■urred or which may be incurred in the
(induct of the affairs of the corporation
and to secure the same by mortgage,
neurit/ deed or oilier form of lien under
existing laws.
8th. They desire for said incorporn-
.ion the power apd authority to apply
for and accept amendments to its charter
of either form or substance by vote of the
majority of its stock outstanding at the
time. They also ask authority for said
incorporation to wind up its affairs, liqui
date and discontinue its busines at any
time it may determine to do so by a vote
of two-thirds of its stock outstanding at
the time.
Oth. They desire for the said incorpo-'
ration the riglrt of renewal when and os
provided by the laws of Georgia, and that
it have all such rights, powers, privileges
immunities as are incident to like in
corporations, nr premissable under the
laws of Georgia.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray to be
incorporated under name and style afore
said with the powers, privileges and im
munities herein set fourth, and as are
now or may hereafter be allowed a cor
poration of similar character under the
liws of Georgi.-.
