Minutes of last meeting read and adopted.
On motion Redden "Carter was admitted to the poor farm.
On motion notice is given that a county warden and a poor farm
over-seer for the ensuing year will be elected at the November meeting
of the board.
On motion the road Superintehdcnts are instructed to issue de
faulters summons to all road subjects who have not paid their road
taxes by or before the night of Oct. 14th. 1010,
On motion the following bills were read, approved and ordered

O11 motion unanimously adopted the tax levy for the year 1010
was amended by adding the following:—
Upon report of the County School Commissioner of an agreement
between himself and the authorities in the school districts the fallowing
levies are made for local school purposes and the Tax Collector ordered
to collect same accordingly:—
Bethpagc School District 3J in ills or 83.60 on each $1000.00 worth
of property returned for taxation.
New Hope School District 5 mills or $5.00 on each 8I()00.()0 worth
of property returned for taxation
