Justice’s Court. Judge Barrow held the regu lar monthly term of justoce’s court for this, 753rd. district yes terday. A number of cases were sounded from the docket, but for various reasons nearly all were continued to the next regular term. Several cases went over through appeal to ju ry by consent, leaving several de cisions for a jury to make at the next term. A very pleasant entertain ment was given at the hospit able home of Mr. and Mrs. Knowles, a few miles east of here, last Saturday night. Messrs. Fondren Mitchell and Theo Titus, two Thomasvilleat torneys, were attending court here yesterday. Mr. Kedar Powell tells us that on his trip down in Florida, a bout the proudest man he saw was Hon. W. M. Harrell, Bain bridge. And to tell the truth Mr. Harrell has cause to feel proud of the splendid race he made for the judgeship. fTvwvrrnrTTvvi rvrrrv ► « I Keeping Time. 4 « | 4 4 ► 4 ► l 4 4 ► 4 ► 4 ► ► ► ► There is a time for all things 5 ► so we are told.
