Grady County
Football:
All boys wishing to play foot
ball, who are in the fourth, fifth,
sixth, or seventh grade in the
Cairo schools are urged and re
quested to report to the City Rec
reation Director at the softball
field on Monday, September 19th.,
4:00 p. m. at that time they will
register for play and practice
schedule will be announced in
preperation for regular league
play. No previous experience
necessary.
Basketball ■
All girls who are interested in \
playing basketball are invited to
attend a meeting at the City Hall
on Tuesday, September 20th„ at
8:00 p. m. Girls playing High I
School basketball are not eligible
due to a rule that bars any stud
dent from a high school team if
they piay with any other team.
This meeting is being called in
order to make plans to start
practice in the very near future, j
