MOUNTAINTOWN DISTRICT SINGING
We have decided on account
of so much unfavorable weather,
the classes could not meet to pre¬
pare for the contest singing in
the Mountaintown District Sing¬
ing Convention, that it would be
best to put the convention G ff
from the and to the 5 th Sunday
in April. We hope this will please
all in the bounds of the conven
tion, as it will give all
more time to prepare, and will
not conflict with any church day.
Let everybody come and have a
good time.and we especially want
all the singers to come and take
part. Respectfully,
W. H. PLEMONS, Pres.

To Get Rid of the r oisonous
Gases and Ferme-iting Food.
A good long fast will do this
sometimes. A trip to the moun¬
tains. Tramping. Houghing it.
Yes, very good remedies.
But are you going to avail
yourself of either one of these
remedies. No? Then the next
best thing is to try a bottle of
Peruna. Take it according to di¬
rections. You will have a natural
appetite. All gas and fermenta¬
tion in the stomach will dis¬
appear.
Head what /Mrs. Emma Bell,
Box 204, Fort Pierce, Florida,
says: “I was taken suddenly
with swelling of the stomach and
bowels, and great distress. Very
painful. Three doctors gave me
no relief. Could not cat any¬
thing. Everything soured. /
was starving to death. I began
taking Peruna end was soon
strong enough to do work. I After
taking five bottles / can \ruth
