Miss Essie Jordan was hostiss
last Tuesday evening at an ideal
summer party, a compliment to
Miss Elline Franklin, the guest of
Miss Ruby Weaver. The house
was bright and fragrant with beau¬
tiful flowers. ’ In the conversation
contest, Miss Elline Franklin won
the prize, a post card album.
Those enjoying Miss Jordan’s
hospitality were Misses Dora Sue
Anderson, Elline Franklin, Gladys
Lee, Ethel Higgins, Ruby Weaver

party on the large lawn of her home
last Friday evening in honor of
