Little Boy Had Reasons to Be
Sorry About It.
On Christmas day an admirer j
prepared a splendid fruit cake for j
a well known Covington minister;
and started it out for its destina- j
tiou by a colred messenger.
The messenger went to another j
minister’s house and delivered the
cake, which was a great surprise,
as the minister receiving it was ■
not expecting anything of the
kind and was a little doubtful I
about taking it. In order to be sure
the minister used the telephone to
advantage and learned that a mis¬
take had reaily been made and
sent the cake on by the messenger
to its proper destination.
The little 6ix-year old son ot the
minister who had first received the
cake felt the mistake very keenly
and gave vent to it by saying to
his father:
t * Papa, I wish you tfas a Metho¬
dist preacher. >>

to pay for Dr. Drummond’s

cheaper. The Drummond Medi¬
