Consistency of a Christian.
When R. M. Everitt walked into
the Methodist church Sunday with a
Chinese boy and girl by his side he
demonstrated the Christian spirit and
also the fact that the foreigner on
our shores needs the sympathies of
the people who know, and love
Christ.
The Chinaman ironing for his breac
in Mr. Everitt’s brick house did not
know that there was one who car
for him or his children.
