ful visit to her daughter, Mrs. Ben
Anderson, left last Sunday for her
heme in Jackson. She was charming¬
ly entertained by her friends during
her stay, the brevity of which was
greatly regretted.
Mrs. Marlin Skinner returned to
her home in Atlanta last Saturday,
after a stay of several weeks with
relatives.

fitld Monday after a visit to friends,

tained the young people last Thursda
evening with a candy pulling. The
entire house was thrown open to
the guests.and everybody had a good
time.
Mr. Grady Benton and his mother
attended the funeral of Mr. Lucian
Benton in Monticello last Thursday.
