Samuel Martin Improving.
Friends will be glad to know
that Samuel, the seven year old
son of Mr. and Airs. E. G. Mar¬
tin is recovering from an injury
sustained about a month ago.
While riding his Shetland pony
Samuel fell and broke his arm
near the elbow. He was carried
to an Atlanta specialist at once.
A number of trips have been
necessary since the bones were
set. The splints were removed
on Alonday’s trip and the little
boy is feeling much freer and
happier.

Alatrons Class of the Baptist
Sunday School was held in the
Baptist Church annex Thurs¬

eyed Susans and sunflowers ad¬
ded a cheerful note.
Mrs. Sanford Steadman came
up from Monroe to be present
at this entertainment. The
cream and cake emphasized the
white and yellow motif.
