terest due thereon at seven per centum
per annum ,and one coupon note dated
August 1st, 1921 and due Nov. 1st 1923
for the sum of $560, with interest on
the same at the rate of eight per
centum per annum from Nov. 1st, 1923,
and also on said principal note from
Nov. 1st. 1923. Said sale to beheld be
fore the Court House door of Newton
Georgia, to. the highest bidder
for cash, for the purpose of paying said
indebtedness above set out, the same
having been declared due and payable
under the terms of said security deeds
for default in the payment thereof of
interest and etc., and the payment of
any expenses attached to this proceed
ing and State and county taxes that
may be due against said lands.
A conveyance will be executed to the
purchaser by the undersigned as
authorized under the terms of the .con
tract and power of sale as contained in
said security deeds.
