Hunting Pamphlet
Goes to Hunters
A pamphlet containing Geor
gia’s hunting laws and seasons is
being distributed by the Division
of Wildlife. It has been mailed to
all license purchasers and may be
obtained free by any person writ
ing to the division.
In addition to seasons, bag lim
its and laws the booklet has a re
port of operations of the Division
for the fiscal year 1939-40, which
ended June 20. It reveals that
receipts from licenses were $199,
098 last year in comparison ■ with
$152,264 in 1938-39- Fines as
sessed violators increased 113 per
cent.
