hours of sale, to the highest and

to-wit: all that tract of land lying
in the 8th and 9th Districts of
Newton County, containing 248.26
acres and bounded as follows:
North by lands of A. J. Parker
and a branch; East by F. D. Bal
lard Estate and the old I. N.
Vaughn place. South and West by
Yellow River.
