"TN MEMORY"
: On this memorial day of Octo-
I her Sth — just four years ago
today;
Our loving Daddy, husband, and
brother, went home to be with
God, our Heavenly Father.
Even though our hearts were
broken with sorrow and grief,
overwhelming;
We could find solace and com
fort knowing our dear one was
resting in the everlasting arms
of Christ, our Saviour.
In memory our thoughts turn
backward to dwell on the life
of Dad.
It would be hard to picture him
without a smile, without a
cheery greeting, with a kind
thought for others;
For his life spoke of the love
of God that radiated to all
who knew him.
He spent much time in prayer
and devotion, always trying
to help the lost to find the
pathway that widens into
eternal joy.
i He loved his family with a deep
devotion, gave each one a pre
cious heritage —a light to
guide them along life's way:
, Left an abiding faith of a sur
rendered life, and hope of a
joyous homecoming day.
May our hearts keep true and
' recently been promoted to Sea
man. He will arrive in the States
in February.
