Octopus outlets?
' In your home? .
' Plan ahead-when you build or buy your <
> new home-or you’ll soon be trying to plug in
, several appliances on the old-fashioned three
way socket, the "octopus outlet.”
Make sure your home won’t be electrically 1
out-of-date in a few years. Insist on full
housepower. Get 100-Amp service, at least,
to take care of the many appliances you'll
be adding to help you live better, electrically.
