brought an informative mes
sage on the needs and opportun
ities at the seminary which is
presently engeged in a 5 million
dollar development program in
which the Porterdale Church
will share.
Friends of Mrs. Roger Dur

early recovery from surgery
which she had at Rockdale
County Hospital, Conyers,
Georgia last week. Her husband
is a popular employee at Whites
Super Market, Porterdale.

a broken leg which she suffer

Annual State Classroom Teach
ers Leadership Training Con
ference at Rock Eagle from
Friday to Sunday. Particularly
noteworthy on the program was
the presentation given by Mrs.
Charlotte Adams, eighth grade
teacher at Porterdale Junior
High School, during the session
on Materials and Methods for
Elementary Classes on Satur
day. At this meeting, in addi
tion to other honors, Miss
Trippe was named co-editor of
the Digest for the Conference.
