Explorer Scouts
Invited To Army
Aviation Program
Explorers of the Districts of
the Atlanta Area Council Boy
Scouts of America, have been
invited to attend an Army Avi
ation Orientation Day to be held
at the Fulton County Airport
commencing at 1 p.m. on Sat
urday, March 14.
Explorers in uniform and with
an Explorer Release form sign
ed by a parent or guardian will
be given an orientation ride in
an Army H-37 type helicopter.
This is a super activity selected
and approved by the Council
Cabinet of Districts, with Rob
bie Brook as Chairman.
Buses will be available from
the parking lot to the demon
stration area. Refreshments will
be available at nominal costs
and all Explorers are asked to
be prompt in order not to miss
the show and briefing on Army
aviation.
