business or businesses to be
transacted is as follows: To loan
money upon such security as
may be deemed advisable; to
buy, sell, and otherwise negoti
ate negotiable instruments and
choses: to charge and receive
for such loans and negotiations,
such interests and profits as
may be permitted by the laws
of the State of Georgia or any
other state where the corpora
tion may be in business; an 4 all
other business reasonably in
cidental thereto, including the
buying and selling of state,
county, municipal and all other
bonds, promissory notes, bills
of exchange, accounts, and all
other evidences of indebted
ness; the buying, holding, own
ing. mortgaging, leasing and
selling of real estate and all
kinds of personal property.

with all the rights and powers
now or hereafter given to do
any and all things which may
be needful or proper in the

enumerated in Sections 22-1827

value of One Hundred Dollars

selection, and such other rules
appropriate to by-laws which
have as their purpose the con
trol and management of the cor
poration, including provisions
whereby the by-laws may be
amended.

the power to organize, or cause
to be organized, under the laws
of Georgia, or of any other

of accomplishing any or all of
the objects for which this cor
poration is organized and this,
without in any way limiting or
affecting its statutorily conferr
ed power to purchase, hold, sell,
assign, transfer, mortgage,
pledge or otherwise dispose of
the shares of the capital stock
of or any bonds, securities or
evidences of indebtedness cre
ated by any other corporation
or corporations of this State or
any other State or government,
and, while owner of such stock,
to exercise all the rights, powers
and privileges of ownership, in
cluding the right to vote there
on.
WHEREFORE, peti ti o n er s
pray to be incorporated under
the name and style aforesid
with all the rights, powers,
privileges, and immunities here
in set forth, and such additional
rights, powers and privileges
as may be necessary, proper or
incident to the conduct of the
business aforesaid, and as may
be inherent in or allowed to
like corporations under the laws
of the State of Georgia as they
now exist or may hereafter ex
ist.
