Heard-Mixon 4-H
Met Wednesday
Newton High
The Heard Mixon 4-H Club
met on January 25, in the
Science Room at the Heard
Mixon School.
We started the meeting and
called the roll. Every one was
present. We had Bible Read
ing and The Lords Prayer and
the 4-H pledge.
There wasn’t any old busi
ness but for the new business,
Mrs. Malone talked to the girls
about the muffin making con
test which will be held some
time in March. And in Feb
ruary there will be a dress re-
tional population. He charac
terized this as a “dramatic ex
ample of volunteer leadership.”
NOTICE ALL BURGLARS
If you plan to call on us a
gain this week please let us
know and we will have you
some hot coffee. For your
information we aren't leav
ing anything in the cash
register now except pennies
. . . too bad we didn't think
of this sooner.
