is pecuniary gain and profit.

business to be transacted is
that of buying or otherwise ac
quiring, selling, trading, ex

ing of, at wholesale or retail,

items known to the trade as

The maximum number of
shares of stock shall be Five
Hundred (500) shares, all of
which shall be common stock,
and all of which shall be with
out par value. The first ten
shares hereof shall have a stat
ed or fixed value of One Hun
dred Dollars ($100.00) per
share, and may be issued to the
subscriber therefore and
purchasers thereof for consider
ation in money, property or ser
vices as the value thereof shall
be determined by the stock
holders, at their first and or
ganizational meeting or by the
Board of Directors, if, as, and
only when such Board of Di
rectors have been expressly in
structed and authorized by said
stockholders so to do. The re
maining four hundred and
ninety shares of said authoriz
ed issue of non par stock shall
be issued for such considera
tion or considerations, in mon
ey, property or services, as
shall be fixed, from time to
time, and at any time by the
majority vote of the Board of

The time for which the cor
poration is to have existence
is 35 years, with the privilege
of renewal of the charter, from
time to time, upon the expira
tion of said periods of thirty
