Due to cool weather and very
swift water, the baptizing for the
Canaan Baptist candidates was
postponed til the 14th of May.
They have 42 for baptism.
The Newton County Singing Con
vention will be held at Porterdale |
Baptist Church, Sunday, May 7th
at 2:30 p.m. There will be a group
of quartettes, trios, etc., so you be
sure and come. Everybody is in
vited.
