Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Grant and

Cheek spent Sunday at Lake
Spivey.
Covington Mills Methodist
Church gave a “get-acquainted”
reception for their new pastor,
Rev. William Kirby, Mrs. Kirby,
and two daughters, Cheryl Ann
and Sandra, Saturday night from
6to 8 p.m Rc v . Kirby comes
here from Milledgeville.
Rev. James V. Speer is still at
Emory Hospital. We hope he
will soon be able to go home. He
and Mrs. Speer will reside at 325 |
