SPEARS, hereinafter called the
petitioners, respectfully shows:
1.
Petitioners desire for them
selves, their associates and suc
cessors, to be incorporated un
der the name of “W. S. B.
TRUCKING CO., INC.”

The object of said corpora
tion is pecuniary gain and
profit.
3.
’ The general nature of the
business or businesses to be
transacted by the corporation
shall be that of buying raising,
and selling chickens and poul
try of all kinds: the buying,
owning, disposing of and sell
ing machinery, equipment,
feed and other items necessary
to conduct such a business; the
manufacture and sale of live
stock and poultry feed, both
wholesale and n tail; to operate
and own hatch ries. dressing,
and processing plants; to buy,
acouire. rent, or lease trucks
and motor vehicles of all na
ture and kind for transporting
and delivery of the products
of the corporation and like
products of others; to lease,
and rent equipment of the cor
poration to others: to borrow
money and to issue mortgages.

Petitioners further desire
that said corporation be vested
with all the rights, and powers
now or hereafter given to do
any and all things which may
be needful or proper in the op
eration of the above described
business, and that said corpora
tion have all the powers enum
erated in Section 22-1827 and
22-1828. Code of Georgia An
notated, and such powers as
mav hereafter be given by law.

The maximum number shares
of stock shall be two hundred
(JOO) of the par value of SIOO
per share, all of which shall
be common stock.
However, the amount of
capital with which the corpo
ration shall begin business shall
be not less than $20,000.00.

The time for which the cor
poration is to have existence
fs "thirty-five (35) years, with
the privilege of renewal of the
charter, from time to time, up
on the expiration of said pe
riod of thirty-five years.

The county in which the
principal office of the corpoia
tion is to be located is New
ton County. Georgia, but the
privilege is desired of establish
ing branch offices and places
