Easter
We celebrate Easter because
Christ rose from the dead. Eas
ter always comes in March or
April and it always comes on
Sunday. Easter is a sign of
Spring. Easter is always no
earlier than March 22 and no
later than April 25.
On Easter we give eggs to
each other. That is the way of
saying “Spring is here”. When
you see lilies blooming, that is
a sign that Easter is near.
Easter is on the 22nd day of
April this year. The story of
Easter is found in Matthew,
chapter 28. We have Easter par
ties at school and church.
I enjoy Easter Day very
much. Do you?

Easter
Easter is the first Sunday
after the first full moon that
falls on or next after the ver
nal equinox. Easter is when we
remember that Christ rose from
His grave. Easter is always in
the Spring.
We have Easter rabbits, Eas
ter eggs, and Easter egg hunts.
Easter is fun because we get
new clothes, have parties at
school, and I like Easter very
much.
Dan Criswell
Easter
Easter comes in the early
Spring, and we have an Easter
egg party and hunt eggs. I like
Easter very much. Jesus Christ
rose from the dead on Easter.
Children enjoy egg hu ts.
They dress up in their new Eas
ter clothes. Easter is a lovely
time of the year. The flowers
begin to bloom and the grass
turns green. People go to church
on Easter.
