be present due to the serious
illness of Mrs. Davis in the
Walter Reed Hospital, Wash
ington. D. C. where Mr. Davis
and their children are keeping
a constant vigil at her bed
side.

ta, Georgia was the Mother's
Day guest of her mother. Mrs.
Mary Plunkett, and Miss Ethel
Plunkett and joined them foi
the Morning Worship Service
at the Juha A. Porter Memor
ial Methodist Church.
Friends of Mrs. Lola Dren
non will be interested that she
entered the Newton County
Hospital on Monday. May 13,
for observation, having suf
fered a fall at her home on
Friday. May 10.
