The object of said corpora
tion is pecuniary gain and prof

The general nature of the
business to be transacted by
said corporation is as follows:
to buy, sell, trade, exchange,
rent, lease, charter, maintain
and operate, for itself and
others, for hire and otherwise,
airplanes and other aircrafts of
all kinds and character; and to
teach and instruct the arts and
sciences of aviation, and all
skills pertaining thereto. The
corporation shall have the
right, however, to engage in
all legitimate business activi
ties of every nature, including
but not limited to, the right
to buy, sell and otherwise deal
in all types of property, real
and personal and of whatever
kind and character and
wherever situated.

The principal office of said
corporation shall be in New
ton County, Georgia, with the
privilege of establishing branch
offices and places of business
elsewhere, both within and
without the State of Georgia.
5.
.Said corporation shall have
a maximum of five thousand
(5.000) shares of stock, all of
Which shall have a par value
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per
share, and all of which shall
be common stock, with equal
voting rights. The amount of
capital with which said corp
oration shall begin business,
however, shall not be less than
One Thousand (SI,OOO 00)
Dollars. The corporation shall
be authorized to issue addition
al shares up to the maximum
sum above stated, and thereaf
ter, from time to time, to reduce
the amount of capital out
standing, but not below the
minimum above stated, and all
this, upon majority vote of the
Board of Directors, approved
by a two-thirds majority vote
of the stockholders.
6.
Said corporation shall have
all the rights and powers
which may be needful or pro
pbr for the operation of the
above-described business, in
cluding all rights, powers and
privileges now or hereafter
granted to like corporations by
the laws of this State.
7.
The control and manage
ment of said corporation, in
cluding the election of officers
and directors, shall be as pre
scribed by the by-laws to be
duly adopted by the stock
holders, such by-laws not to
be inconsistent herewith or the
laws applicable hereto.
8.
Petitioners exhibit herewith
a certificate of the Secretary
of the State of Georgia, as
provided by law. showing that
the name and style of this cor
poration is not presently used
by any other corporation in
this State.

On the 23rd day of June
1959. Herman Tuggle executed
a note for One Tundred Ninety
eight Dollars ( 198.00) payable
to Covington Loan Company
which note was payable in nine
(9) installments of $22.00 each,
beginning on July 10th. 1959,
and continuing thereafter on
the same day of each succeed
ing month. Time was made the
essence of the contract and the
note contained a provision for
the payment of 10 per cent of
the principal and interest as at
torney's fees, if collected by
law or through an attorney at
law. In order to secure the pay
ment of said note. Herman
Tuggle executed and delivered
to Covington Loan Company a
deed to secure a debt, convey
ing the following described
land:

thereof, the Covington Loan
Company will sell the property

cry to the highest and best
bidder for cash, n n the first
Tuesday in August, 1963, at the
place of public sales before the
Court House door in Newton
County, Georgia, and within
the legal hours of sale. The
proceeds of the sale to be dis
tributed in accordance with the
