said corporation be vested with
all the right and powers now or
hereafter given to do any and all
things which may be needful or
proper In the operation of the
above described business, and
that said corporation have all of
the powers enumerated in Section
22-1827 and 22-1828, Georgia
Code Annotated, and such powers
as may hereafter be given by
law.

The maximum number of
shares of stock shall be TWENTY
THOUSAND (20,000) of the par
value of One Dollar ($1.00) per
share, all of which shall be com
mon stock. However, the amount
of capital stock with which the
corporation shall begin business
shall be not less than ONE THOU
SAND DOLLARS(SI,OOO.OO). The
corporation shall be authorized
to issue additional shares up to
the maximum sum above stated,
and thereafter, from time to
time, to reduce the amount of
capital outstanding, but not below
the minimum above stated, and

this, upon a majority vote of the
Board of Directors, approved by

Georgia Mental Health Service.
Presentation of the plaques
was a highlight of the annual
meeting of the Georgia Industrial
Loan Association now underway
at Callaway Gardens.
The Rev. Albert Caldwell of
Macon, president of the Georgia
Mental Health Association,
praised the local companies and
the state association for its ef
forts in the GILA fund drive
which raised $15,000 for mental
health work in Georgia.

PFC Willie C. Henson, 20, son
of Willie J. Henson, Route 1,
Box 55, Newborn, Ga., was as
signed to the 101st Airborne
Division in Vietnam, May 14.
Henson, a driver in the divi
sion’s Ist Brigade, entered the
Army last January and completed
basic training at Fort Benning,
Ga.
