Oliver Award In Calif.

of Oxford, was recently named
a member of the 1966 Terri
tory Managers Advisory Board of
Oliver Corporation, Chicago-ba
sed farm and contractors equip
ment subsidiary of White Mo
tor Corporation.
Leon Savage and his wife, Anne,
attended the meeting of the Board
in San Diego, February 15-18.
S. W. White, Jr., president of
Oliver, presented the local busi
nessman with a handsome engra
ved plaque in recognition of his
appointment - an honor accorded
this year to only 65 Oliver ter
ritory managers in the entire
country. This is the second
successive year Savage has won
the award.
In presenting the award, White
noted Mr. Savage’s outstanding
record of accomplishment thro
ughout 1966 in managing his north
Georgia and northeast Alabama
territory of Oliver farm and con
tractors equipment dealers. He
was especially effective in es-

for several days. He has had

and night. Rev. Joel Dent from

is to be the visiting preacher for
the revival through Thursday
night. He brought two wonderful
messages on Sunday.
