Robert Allen Corley Jr. In Sav

Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Aiken
attended the farewell tea at the
Red Oak Educational Building
Sunday afternoon honoring Capt.
and Mrs. William Roy Aiken and
family. Mrs. Aiken and the child
ren will join Capt. Aiken when
school is out.

The Young Adult Sunday School
Class had a cookout Saturday
night at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Olin Pickens. Approxi
mately forty adults and children
were present.

Mr. and Mrs. George Patton,
Eddy and Melanie were weekend
guests of their mother, Mrs. Dot
son, in Athens.

Henry Starr Corley and John
Corley of Covington were dinner
guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. H.
Corley Sr. Sunday. Mrs. Henry
Star Corley flew to England May
3 for a visit with Mrs. Grace
Smithdale, her mother. She will
return home May 28.

guests Saturday morning were

Mrs. Horace Kelly of Tooms
boro and Mrs. Waymond King of
Sarasota, Florida.

Mrs. L. H. Cook will leave
Friday for a two weeks visit with
Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Cook, Luke
and Mike in Columbus.
