The petition of COMMUNITY AS
SOCIATES, INC., Hereinafter
called the applicants, shows the
following facts:

The principal office of said cor
poration is located in said coun
ty, and said corporation was in
corporated under the “Corpora
tion Act of 1938” on the 29th day
of March, 1961.
2.
The petition is brought to amend
the Charter of said corporation
in the particular hereinafter set
out, this proposed amendment
having been favorable voted for
and consented to by all of the
stockholders of said corporation
at a special meeting called for
the purpose, as shown by the
certificate of the Secretary of
said corporation attached here
to “Exhibit A” and made a part
hereof.

The particular in which said Ch
arter is hereby sought to be am
ended is as follows, to wit:
THAT the petitioners desire its
charter to be amended and that
the name be changed from COM
MUNITY ASSOCIATES, INC. to
ALCOVY NORTH, INC.
