a nice day Sunday.

We are glad to report that Mrs.
R. D. Murrells and Doyle Smith
have returned home from the hos
pital in Atlanta. Also, Mr. Guy
Jones went out to his daughter’s
home, Mrs. Mark Chamberlain,
Sunday and will be home this
week. We wish a very early
recovery for everyone who is ill
in our town.

Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Maclolm
of Athens visited Mrs. Hugh
Adams Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Nix of
Macon and Mrs. Corene Davis
were dinner guests of Mrs. Paul
Harwell Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Thompson
and children spent Sunday with
their mothers, Mrs. J. G. Linn
and Mrs. R. G. Thompson of
Porterdale joined them at the
home of Mrs. Lynn at Snapping
Shoals.

Vandalism hit again Saturday.
They attacked the New Camper
set. Do not know the extent of
damage.

Mrs. Paul Harwell and Mrs.
Corene Davis were dinner guest
of Mr. and Mrs. Barron Davis
Saturday evening.

Mrs. Sadie Patrick and Miss
Pauline Hardaman of Covington
visited Mrs. Paul Harwell Fri
day afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Binford
visited Mrs. Hugh Parnell and
Miss Ann Parnell Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Grant ate
Mother’s Day dinner with Mr. and
Mrs. Jim Grant and girls.

Mrs. Hugh Sams and Randy
spent the weekend with Miss Pat
ricia Sams of Atlanta.

tea Sunday afternoon. They also
took part in the program on Sund
day morning during the worship
hour.

past Friday night at the Youth
Retreat.
