sale, second to the satisfaction
of said note and the balance,
if any, will be paid to James
E. Beecham, or his assigns, as
such may be entitled under the
law and the facts. The under
signed will, as attorney in fact
for James E. Beecham, execute
and deliver deed to purchaser
at such sale as provided by the
terms of said loan deed.
