Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15, notice is hereby given for the intent to early
tabulate absentee ballots for the Special Election, February 9, 2021,
prior to the closing of the polls. This process will begin at 9 a.m.
February 3, 2021 and continue until all ballots are tabulated. This
process will be performed in the Board of Elections & Registration

Ballots will be counted after 7 p.m. on Election Day February
