Joy In The Empty Tomb
“Now is your time jor grief, but I will see you
again and you will rejoice, ana no one will take your
Joy” John 16:22
Jesus was absolutely right: A woman giving birth
to a child has pain. When her baby is born she forgets
all the anguish, as she is overcome with the joy of the
birth of her baby.
Jesus knew there was going to be unbearable pain
at His crucifixion, but He knew it would be erased by
the joy of His resurrection. There’s so much joy in the
empty tomb. Whatever your current pain is, physical
ly or emotionally, keep your eye on the empty tomb
and let joy be felt in your heart.
