MONTHLY MEETING
6:00 p.m. April 15, 2021
The Pike County Board of Appeals will conduct its scheduled monthly meeting on April
15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Pike County Courthouse located at 16001
Barnesville Street, Zebulon, Georgia. The Board will conduct PUBLIC HEARINGS on the
following items:
(1) Special Exception application SE-21-02. Sheryl Westbrook, applicant and owner, is
requesting permission via special exception per CH 156.43(D)(6) to create a private family
cemetery as an accessory use on a 20-acre tract ofland located at 1348 Hagans Mountain Rd.,
Meansville, GA 30256. The subject property is located in Landlot 31 in the 9th land district of
Pike County. It is further identified as parcel ID 061-041H and 061-041G. It is currently zoned
A-R. Under current zoning, a private cemetery is permissible via the special exception process.
The Board of Appeals will make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The
BOC will have final determination. The public is invited to speak in favor or in opposition
of the application.
The Pike County Board of Commissioners will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on April 27,
2021 at 6:30 pm at the Pike County Courthouse located at 16001 Barnesville Street, Zebulon,

signed, transferred and conveyed to
Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC by
