Upson County has one of the highest per capita vaccination rates in the state with 19 percent of citizens fully vaccinated. Many Pike County residents recieve the vacine in Upson and 13% of Pike County residents are fully vaccinated. Heath English (above) was the 15,000th vaccine recipient.
