The tough part is being able to see it.” Elizabeth Peyton Holley is a junior from Williamson who is pursuing a Bach elor of Fine Arts at UNG. She began painting within the past year, so the chance to combine her passions of art and community service was an easy choice. “It’s great to know that people are going to see this art and know the collaboration that went into it,” Holley said. “If it inspires at least one person, it’s worth it.” Primary school students have Fun Run fundraiser for technology upgrades Pike County Primary School held their annual Fun Run fundraiser Oct. 22 and the money raised by the students and their families will help fund technology upgrades at the school. “PCPS students participated in our fourth Fun Run recently,” said PTO president Kelly Stephens. “These students are trying to raise money to help upgrade technol ogy for their school.
