Appeals for a three-year term, set to expire February 9,2025. The

MONTHLY MEETING

The Pike County Planning Commission will conduct its scheduled monthly meeting on January
13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Pike County Courthouse located at 16001 Barnes-
ville Street, Zebulon, Georgia. The Board will conduct PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following

(1) Rezoning application REZ-21-10. David Nix, owner and Keith Ballard applicant are re
questing to rezone property located at 54 Wilder Road, Zebulon GA 30295. The subject property
