Ark., July 19.—The white people in the town and vicinity of Neeley ville, just across the Arkansas line in Missouri, a few days ago served notice on the • negroes employed at the mills and on the farms to leave the country. The negroes protested against being driven from their homes, and have pur chased guns, pistols and ammunition in large quantities and informed the white men that they have made up their minds to 6tay where they are and fight to the death before surrendering a sin gle one of their rights.
