Ed Murray and Tom Crawley
have been placed under arrest
under the charge of “Rescue ”
ll is claimed that, they, in com-
piny with several others, broke
the lock on the city callaboose,
and assisted Cullen Williams and
Jude Smith in escaping a week
or so ago. Other warrants have
been issued against Adolph
Marshhurn, Lott Smith, Leon
Smith, Doan Lanier and Harry
Cross, charged with the same
ollense, and these young men
will he placed under arrest
when found. The bonds of Ed
Murray an I Tom Crawley were
placed at $300. Bondsmen were
secuped, ind the young men were
released.
