Ga., Sept. l.^-Governor Smith decided to day to order a court- martial to convene at Guyton, Effing ham county, for the purpose of trying members of the First 8Quadron, First regiment of State cavalry foi; alleged disorder while returning home from the Chtckamauga encampment,, July 23. It is said that a score or more of the cavalrymen are Involved.
