A HOME WHERE PERUNA IS USED.
MORSE IS ANXIOUS
TO SECURE BAIL
Now York, Nov. in.—Ponding the
decision of the Federal Appelate
Court whether Charles W. .Morse be
admitted to ball, the financier today
set to work trying to arrange for a
large ball. He 1k apparently confi
dent of the outcome of the court's de
cision.
The Elbert on Star is rejoicing over
the proposition that when paper la
made out of corn stalks there will bo
a possibility of the farmers using old
newspapers for fodder.
Mr. C. Hallock, Antwerp, Ohio, writes: “My daughter, Allle, after tak
ing three bottle* of your Peruna, is entiroly cured of catarrh of the head of |
j years standing.
“Wo have used Peruna as a general tonic, as well as for catarrh, and aro
well pleased with It, and recommend It to anybody who has catarrh.
“Anybody wishing any information can write to r **
Could Take No Food.
Mr. William F. Burke, 1865 Frankford
ftve., Philadelphia, Pa M writes:
“On the 19th of February, 1901, Iwas
uken with cramps that extended from
just below my throat to the bottom of
stomach. They were so severe that
wife had to go for a doctor about two
’clock in tho morning.
“I had from February until July of
that year three doctors, and they were
giving me medicine for kidney, liver and
bladder troubles, and after taking all
jtlnds of their mixtures, in the month of
July I could neither eat nor drink. For
three weeks I had not taken a morsel of
food except in a liquid form. At the
end of that time I could not drink milk
or water except in small sip*i which
• used me great pain.
|fl bad given up all hope of living
more than a week or two at moat. I
told my wife I thqught I had catarrh of
tho stomach. Sho seemed to think so
too, and having read of Peruna I decid
ed to give it a trial.
“I took sororal d*-res that ovoning, and
tor tho first time in weeks rested fairly
chat night.
“I kept on using Peruna as I had
started, and aftor using it three days
and nights the pains in my chest and
stomach disappeared, and thoy havo
nover sppearod since, and it will bo two
years this July.’ 1
Pc-ru-na Relieved All Symptoms.
Mr. J. C. Crumpacker, B. R. 1, Kokomo,
Ind., writes:
“I can aay that I have nothing to com
plain of now. I feel well, rest well at
night, have a good bnt moderate appe
tite, can eat almost any kind of food.
“I have no aches or pains anywhere,
and can do some kind of work every day.
I must say I can stand aa much fatigue
as I ever oould, and feel good over it.
“The hemorrhage haa yielded to Pe
runa, the grip has done the same, as
well as pains and aches of all kinds.
“The roaring noise has entirely left
my ears and head, my mind la dear, my
recollection good, my bowel* are regu
lar, and I just simply feel easy all over.
“The cure of my caae was auroly a
victory.”
Catarrh of Lonl Standing.
Mr. O. A. Reustrom, 570 Seventh St.,
Ogden, Utah, writes: “1 take great
pleasure in stating to you that your
modicinc, Peruna, has completely cured
me of along-standing case of catarrh.
“I had consulted noted doctors with
out any relief. By persist ;nt urging of
a friend I commenced the use of your
wonderful Peruna with the best of re
sults, and today I highly recommend it
to any one suffering from catarrh in any
form.
“As for. myself,* I suffered untold
agony, bur today I feel aa spry as any
one, with more ambition and confident
In myself than I have enjoyed fot
years.
“All my friends say I look better than
ever before, and 1 urge them all to try
Peruna, and have sold dozens of bottles
with the greatest of satisfaction.
“Your Peruna la the greatest tonic
and builder for a broken-down constitu
tion arising from that dreadful disease,
catarrh.”
Borne people prefer to take tablets,
rather than to take medicine in a fluid
form. Such people can obtain Peruna
tablets, which represent the medicinal
Ingredients of Peruna. Each tablet la
equivalent to an average dose of Peruna.
POOR “BOB WHITE. ”
Well Bob, I hear the guns a roaring
And gueaa that they are In you pouring
Shot that In their cruel boring.
Tako your barmle.vi life a wav,
And as you fdll upon the grasses,
A pitying breeze that slowly passes,
Takes a feather for the masses,
Emblematic of thi day.
Eight months jou have roamed and
rested,
In the leafy sha.iows nested,
Kept your bindings unmolested,
While your clarion echoed on.
In tqe early ih-w a lushing.
In the midday aan I n brushing.
In the stilly twilight hustling,
Till the early dawn. »
When I was young nnd wore knee
breeches,
You’d light among tho little peaches,
And speak “bob white” across tho
reaches.
To your lady In the briars.
Thon my childhoods fancy leaping,
Put mo softly toward you creeping,
And In the shadow I a peeping.
Only wished 1 rad such flyers.
When April makes tho woods a
groenland.
And blossoms smile a lovely Queon-
land.
When this becomes another dream
land,
Twill need you then,
When butterflies ronm Idly yondor,
And evening hats at random wander,
And of nature I grow fonder,
I ll miss you then.
Now “Bob" I see your bloody feath
ers,
At the hnuters back door gathers,
By the wind and careless weathers,
Scattered left and right.
And I hear your comrado trying,
To get of you a one replying,
And I answer kindly sighing,
My “Poor Bob White.”
