are doing a great deni of damage
throughout the naval stores pelt, ac
cording to the reports*that are
ceived in Savannah. The woods are
ery dry and the water supply Is low.
Many trees are reported to be dying
because of the drought. Naval stores
operators have practically quit boxing
trees for next years crop because of
the fact that trees thus treated while
the woods are so dry , are likely to die.
