proved December 20th, 1893, provle

companies by the Secretary of State,
and Acts amendatory thereof, same
being codified In Sections 1903, et
eeq., of the Civil Code of Georgia of
1895, bring this our petition and file
this our declaration In writing, signed
by eacji of us, and respectfully show:
1. That we desire to form a cor
poration and to bo incorporated for
tho purpose of carrying on tho busi
ness of banking and doing a general
banking business, with all rights, pow
ers and privileges granted said pro
vided in said Act, and especially those
set out In Sections 1907, 1908 and
1909 of the Civil Code of Georgia of
1895, and any and all Aets amenda
tory of said Sections or either of them.
2. The name and style of the pro-
|K)sed corporation shall be "Tho Cit
izens Bank of Waycross."
3. The location nnd principal place
of business of said bank shall bo in
the City of Waycross, in the County
of Ware and Slate of Georgia.
1. The amount ef capital stock of
said bank Is Fifty Thousand ($50.-
000) dollars, divided Into 600 shares
of the par value of one hundred dol
lars each, all of whioh has been sub
scribed and the sum of Fifteen Thous
and $lf>,000) dollars of the capital
subscribed has actually been paid In
by the subscribers; and petitioners
desires the right to Increase same to
any amount not exceeding Two Hun
dred and Fifty $($260,000) Thousand
Dollars as provided by law.
G. The charter fee of Fifty Dollars
is herewith enclosed as provided b?
law.
Wherefore, Petitioners pray to be
Incorporated for the term of thirty
(30) years with the right of renewal
for a like term, and to hare all the
corporate rights, powers and privil
eges conferred upon banking corpor
ations by the laws of Georgia, togeth
er with such other rights and powers
as may be hereafter granted, and also
such ns are necessary and Incident
to n general banking business, and as
nro common und incident to the cor
porations generally under the law.
